Return-Refund Policy

Furniture items in good condition can be returned within 7 to 10 working days of purchase, as per our assessment. It is not applicable for customized, broken set and fabric products.

Warranty

5 years service warranty on accessories. 

Inventory Holding Cost

The customer will pay inventory holding cost valuing 0.5% of the value of the goods per week if the customer doesn't take delivery of the completed goods. However, there will be a 15 days buffer before any such cost becomes due.

নকডাউন পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ফিটারম্যান পণ্য সরবরাহের পরের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে যাবে।

মূল্য পরিশোধ

অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের সাথে চুক্তিবদ্ধ ব্যাংকের ক্রেডিট/ ডেবিট কার্ড ব্যবহার করে মূল্য পরিশোধ করুন।

পণ্য ফেরত ও মূল্য ফেরত

আসবাবপত্র ভালো থাকা আবস্থায় ১০% সার্ভিস চার্জ কর্তন সাপেক্ষে ৭ থেকে ১০ কর্ম দিনের মধ্যে সরবরাহকৃত পণ্য ফেরত দেয়া যেতে পারে, তবে এটি কাষ্টমাইজড, সেট ভাঙা ও ফ্যাব্রিক পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য নয়।

ওয়ারেন্টি

যেকোন এক্সেসরির জন্য ৫ বছরের সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য। 

পণ্য গ্রহণের বিলম্ব ফি

পণ্য সরবরাহের উপযোগি হওয়ার পর ক্রেতা সরবরাহ না নিলে প্রতি সপ্তাহে পণ্যের মূল্যের ০.৫% ইনভেন্টরি হোল্ডিং ফি প্রদান করবে। তবে ইনভেন্টরি হোল্ডিং ফি প্রয়োগ করার আগে ১৫ দিন বাফার সময় প্রযোজ্য হবে।

Return Policy

Furniture items in good condition can be returned within 7 to 10 working days of purchase. This policy is in place to show respect to the notion that a customer may change his/her mind within a certain period of time and that shouldn’t cost him/her a fortune. Only a 10% service charge will be applied on the total amount of purchase in this case. It is not applicable for Fabric product or upholstered product.

আয়ত ফার্নিচারে আমরা আমাদের পণ্য দ্বারা গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করতে চেষ্টা করি। যদি আপনি রিফান্ডের জন্য অনুরোধ করতে চান, সেক্ষেত্রে অনুগ্রহ করে নীচের নির্দেশাবলী অনুসরণ করুনঃ 

1. নিশ্চিতকরণ প্রক্রিয়া:
   • আপনার রিফান্ডের বৈধতা নিশ্চিত করতে প্রথমে আমাদের টিম তা যাচাই করবে।
   • আপনার রিফান্ড দাবি সমর্থন করতে তার সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট ডকুমেন্টেশন অথবা স্ক্রীনশট প্রমান হিসেবে প্রদান করুন। 
2. রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া:
   • আপনার অরিজিনাল পেমেন্ট আপশন ব্যবহার করেই রিফান্ড করা হবে।
     
3. যোগাযোগ:
   • রিফান্ড সম্পর্কিত যে কোন প্রশ্ন বা সহযোগিতার জন্য, অনুগ্রহ করে sales@ayoto.com-এ যোগাযোগ করুন।

মন্তব্য: এই রিফান্ড পলিসি পরিবর্তনশীল, এবং যেকোনো আপডেট আমাদের অফিসিয়াল চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে প্রচারিত হবে।

রিটার্ন পলিসি

ভালো অবস্থায় থাকা আসবাবপত্র ক্রয়ের ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে। আমরা এই নীতিটি তৈরি করেছি কারণ আমরা জানি যে গ্রাহক নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে তার মন পরিবর্তন করতে পারে এবং এর জন্য তার কোনো অনাখাঙ্কিত মূল্য ব্যয় করতে হওয়া উচিত না।  এ সমস্ত ক্ষেত্রে কেনা কাটার মোট পরিমাণের ওপর মাত্র ১০ শতাংশ সার্ভিস চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে। 

*তবে এটি ফ্যাব্রিক পণ্য বা গৃহসজ্জার সামগ্রীর পণ্যের জন্য প্রযোজ্য নয়।
